Great read, Simon. Please don't be too hard on those who see the agile onion model differently. You see it as a model for *creating* change, where you start at the outer layer and work inwards. Others (like me) have always seen the model the other way around - as a model of the *state* of agility, with mindset, the most powerful aspect, at the core of everything else, and the tools and processes more visible on the outside, to be peeled away to reveal the true nature of agility below. I think both views are valid depending on what you're trying to convey :-)
