Excellent! I agree completely.
It is human nature to optimistically grasp at a solution-for-sale, like TT or Scrum or SAFe, only to find out it “doesn’t work here”. The optimism disappears to be replaced by cynicism and resistance to any related change.
For any such transformation to be successful, defining and socialising clear objectives in the form of principles allows for flexibility of implementation taking local context into account.
